Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

For security reasons, usernames cannot be changed once created. If you need to change your username for a specific reason, please contact our support team with your request.

Orders & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the service. For followers and likes, delivery usually starts within a few minutes to hours after ordering. For more complex services, it may take up to 72 hours. Each service page shows the estimated delivery time.

To place an order, first create an account and add funds to your balance. Then browse our services, select the one you want, enter the required details (URL, quantity, etc.), and confirm your order. The system will automatically process it.

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't started processing yet. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be cancelled. If you're experiencing issues with an order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Quality & Refunds

We offer refunds for undelivered orders or orders that don't meet the described specifications. To request a refund, open a ticket within 30 days of order placement. Refunds are processed to your account balance within 24-48 hours.

We offer a 30-day guarantee on most follower services. If you lose a significant number of followers within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace them free of charge. This guarantee is subject to normal account activity terms.
